Cons:

I never got the car. They said that the reservation didn’t mean anything. Enterprise is a joke of a company. Worst experience ever. Not using them ever again.

My drop off time was during closed hours and it would have been nice to have been told what to do when I picked up my car. I ended up having to google it and it was a little stressful
