I reserved a 7 seater and after confirmation was given a 9 seaterPros:Enterprise rep at the airport was informed and quick. Simply pulled out of the airport lot with no need to stop for paperwork etc.Cons:I clearly reserved a 7 seater and was given a 9 seater and then told that was all they had. The van was too big for us. Quite frustrated that no one took responsibility for that error. The Enterprise rep on the phone was not at all interested in helpinf.Reviewed Aug 22 2018

on airport economy rentalPros:car was ready on arrival. easy to locate, and prior damage was already noted.Cons:1. windows could have been cleaner. 2. signage for return location was poor. Drove past it and luckily this was very early in the morning so i drove in the open exit to avoid backing up or circling the airport again which would have put us in a time bind.Reviewed Jul 21 2018

Pros:Vans have reasonably strong engines.Cons:They didn't tell us that we needed to acquire and fill ADD BLUE to the diesel engines of the vans. The vans were fairly new but the ADD BLUE lights came on immediately after leaving the airport and much concern about what was needed, etc.Reviewed Aug 1 2017

Cons:Missed connecting flight, notified Enterprise via email (didn't have phone service) and arrived a day late. No car when we arrived. Had to find one with another company at the airport (Hertz - they were great).Reviewed Aug 27 2016
