“Bad experience: Had to wait 4 hours, from 8am to moon to pickup the car, even though they had the car available because the reservation with Expedia was made for 12pm/ noon and they can’t make changes to the reservation because supposedly was a third party agreement. The car was returned at 8am. Dose not make sense!!!!Reviewed Jul 2 2024

Kayak wrote in the standardized response that an e-mail would come from Europcar as confirmation, but that did not occur. The processor used by Kayak (not Europcar) wrote in a standardized response that the rental was confirmed. The Europcar website was not available several times when it was checked. At arrival, Europcar had the confirmation number Kayak/Kayak's processor had provided and the rental experience was excellent.Reviewed Apr 9 2024
