Enterprise comes through again!
Pros: The service at this location was great! Chris and Damien really stepped up their game to provide excellent customer service. Then when they upgraded us to the Dodge Charger my husband was in his glory, he even extended the rental to see if he really wants to buy one, thanks again Cedar Park Enterprise!

Pickup made me late, had to rush my drive
Pros: nice, responsive car, easy drop-off after hours
Cons: I made a pickup appointment for 8 am. Just to be on the safe side I arrived 20 minutes early, because I had a presentation to give for work three hours away and could NOT be late. Even though I arrived early I still had to wait til 10 past 8 to be seen, then it took over 20 minutes to get me in the car and on my way, regardless of the fact that I had already booked and paid online. That meat I had to rush to make my presentation on time.
