Pros:The staff was very friendly and helpful when picking the vehicle up. Dropping off was easy, just dropped the vehicle off and dropped keys off at desk.Cons:The Columbia, MO airport parking is HORRIBLE! There is a place for parking return rental vehicles, there were NO spaces, I could tell spaces were taken up by non rentals. I know this is no fault of Enterprise, as I'm sure there is only so much they can do when having vehicles moved or towed.Reviewed Jun 15 2021

Car returnPros:Easy access at the airport. Young man was helpful with the return. But, i did not get my original receipt back that had all my info on it. Partly my fault for not asking for it.Cons:The distance i had to walk. Probably my fault, should have parked closer and let them move it!Reviewed May 31 2018
