They made me take an electric car, which was extremely awful. They told me that you could fill the battery up with the same amount of time as filling up a gas tank, which is not true. You have to download apps just to find places we ended up at the police station and wasted five hours While the police tried to help us fill up our battery. It was extremely stressful and I would never ever rent one like that again, and I was very upset that we were forced into that.Reviewed Dec 28 2025

Budget SeaTac had NO CARS, even though the reservation had been made. QEEQ had to refund me. All in all it was a terrible experience and it threatens kayak's reputation for you to continue to work with them.Reviewed Dec 28 2025

Having read previous reviews, I was pretty scared, but to my surprise everything went quite well. Everything was explained and made understandable. Only thing that ruined the full experience was driving out of the parking garage. It was really narrow and last turn was so hard to make with the car that I rented so I curbed one rim and horror movie started to play in my head. Just to be sure I took full coverage to the car and I wasn’t charged. Staff was also very friendly at the pick-up and drop-off. Overall it was good experience with Budget.Reviewed Dec 24 2025
