My car had serious suspension issues. Something broke loose with a calaper, ball joint, control arm etc... I photographed it as there were white paint dots and marks on the drivers side rear seat area, scratches across the hood and quarter panels. At different times I did not feel comfortable driving it. I was expecting something to disable me on the road at some point. I do want to say the staff that took care of us on pick up and drop off were outstanding. You are hiring the right people for the front line employees. I can't say much for who inspects and performs the maintenance on the vehicles. Not your best rental***Reviewed May 10 2026

The car was obviously not cleaned before hand. There was pet hair clinging to the seats and there was a rental agreement from a previous renter in the middle storage compartment. It’s probably still in there. This was never my experience before.Reviewed May 10 2026

Outer part was mildly dirty. The inside was spotless. That didn't matter to me just seen little odd the Walther as been all that good ether. I'M very pleased with it the whole transition.Reviewed May 8 2026

We had to wait two hours for our rental car, and charged an extra $125 for insurance that my credit card company already covered. Not the best experience. The car was clean and comfortable.
