It was a very easy experience obtaining the car and the drop off. The only negative was that there was some small bits of trash in the cup holder and side pocket, so obviously it wasn't cleaned between users but overall it was a good experienceReviewed Oct 5 2026

The staff at the counter were helpful and friendly. The problem was the time it took from leaving the counter to picking up the car. We were in a line for 1.5hr and when we returned a week later the line looked similar again. I don't know what they're doing at LAX but they just need to look at how its done almost anywhere else in the world and do the same. Skoda Citigo model is not available for rent for a number of years. If we knew that we wold choose a different model. Budget must take a good look on their advertising. Budget staff at Prague Central location was unhelpful, rude and completely not interested in performing their job. Especially the people in car return lot.Reviewed Oct 4 2026
