Budget was closed when I got there. So we went to Avis. They upgraded us to an SUV, which is fine. Except for the gas prices, we didn't notice until we put gas in the car on the return that the entire closing lid for the gas was broken and had to be snap back in place, I did bring it to the attention of the attendant who would have sent us on our way without any contact. There were several dents in the car, and the exterior was not very clean on our pickup.Reviewed Sep 22 2026

We were misquoted on the cost of the rental car, by the ship guest relations. We were told $247. Actuall cost was $745. Check out at rental Car desk was a long wait and we had to walk way to get the car in the garage with luggage in tow.Reviewed Sep 21 2026

I was given a filthy car !..,& i mean filthy!..inside & out it reeked of cigarette smoke!..the passenger seat was wet with a white garbage bag on it!..the was no windshield washer fluid..the wheel alignment was so bad the car was pulling to the left & the car kept flashing maintenance required on the dash..i couldn't drive the vehicle from ct. to Atlanta.i had to return it.. the customer service was terrible i talked to 9 people with no resolve....i want a full refund of $344 the car wasn't safe to drive...Reviewed Sep 20 2026

I pre approved my car online gave my card info and it even stated that my card was a debit card in my confirmation I got a Lyft to the airport and was then told that they do not accept debit cards at airport locations I told him it even stated my card was a debit card and he said he seen that but he just figured I had another card with me waste of my time and money cost me 40$ on Lyft just to get there and backReviewed Sep 20 2026
