Cons:The car we rented was not ready for pickup and was forced to rent a more expensive car in order to leave for our trip. The salesman was horrible and only wanted to up sell services. Upon our return we needed a receipt and could not get one and every time I would call they were extremely rude. I am never using this car rental company ever again and have told my company not to use their service for our corporate rentals anymore.Reviewed Nov 29 2020

Pros:Car was clean, people friendly and attentive.Cons:Car drove terribly, and uncomfortable. Over priced, we should be charged by the rolling 24 hours not the entire day. Payed 3 days but did not have the car more than 48 hours. Also even if I had the car 72 hours it’s still not worth what I payed. And come on, $100 for insurance? Don’t tell me you don’t have insurance on your cars and I’m responsible for a brand new car. That’s just silly.Reviewed Nov 3 2018

Incredibly easy and hassle free rental processPros:The friendliest staff I've ever encountered while renting a car. The cars have always operated well, no surprises on unpleasantries. The pickup process has been a little inconsistent, varying from Okay to Incredible.Cons:I went to go get my car from the pickup lot and could not find it for a while.
