Easy drop off!!Pros:Such a small airport that there isn't an actual drop off booth. Just park the rental car in the Enterprise row, lock the door, drop off the keys at the counter and go. So easy, no fuss.Reviewed Nov 28 2018

Great car and customer service.Pros:Car was great seemed well maintained drove great for a awd v6 full size car.Cons:Car had damage that wasn't even mentioned on the paperwork but a quick call and a lot of pictures clear all that up.Reviewed Nov 19 2017

Really appreciate enterprise policy of no extra charge for spousePros:No extra charge for spouse as second driver / excellent price for one way rental - we had last minute need to get to Jackson Hole / flight would have cost us almost $1500.00 / instead got one way rental in nice Nissan Sentra for $75.00Cons:Everything smooth as pie - pickup at airport in grand junction CO - drop off at airport in Jackson WY -Reviewed Oct 12 2017

Pros:Telephone customer service saved the day.Cons:No signs to locate rental car drop off. Enterprise agent was quick to hand back my check in receipt without any notice or explanation of additional charges. Once I identified the additional charge, she was extremely short in explaining there was nothing she could do because it originated at another location. Cons:This is the third year I have rented a car from Grand Junction with the drop-off at Moab airport. I was told at the counter they couldn't take my visa debit card since the drop off was at a different location even though they did it in the past. A notice would have been nice, I had to ask my friend for her credit card and they charged her card instead of mine even though they said they would only charge her card if there were extra charges. Customer service wasn't as nice as it has been in the past.Reviewed Apr 10 2017
