No Cars in Grand Junction

Cons: I did not like that the website allowed a booking only for us to show up and find that there were not only no cars at this enterprise, but no car in the entire city available to rent.

Pros: Outstanding mileage and solid car = Corrolla

Cons: Bad lead in outside seal - I got a 20% refund....should have been more I think = trunk and passenger side totally drenched during storm.

Pros: Telephone customer service saved the day.

Cons: No signs to locate rental car drop off. Enterprise agent was quick to hand back my check in receipt without any notice or explanation of additional charges. Once I identified the additional charge, she was extremely short in explaining there was nothing she could do because it originated at another location. "You can try to call them"

Cons: This is the third year I have rented a car from Grand Junction with the drop-off at Moab airport. I was told at the counter they couldn't take my visa debit card since the drop off was at a different location even though they did it in the past. A notice would have been nice, I had to ask my friend for her credit card and they charged her card instead of mine even though they said they would only charge her card if there were extra charges. Customer service wasn't as nice as it has been in the past.

Cons: was to receive a full size car, ended up with a chevy spark....little hard to cart 3 grandkids and a baby in....did not suite my needs at all

False Inventory

Pros: Nothing

Cons: I reserved Enterprise rental via Kayak just to be called by Enterprise 2 hours later telling me that they didn't have the vehicle Kayak said they did. I was unable to go on my trip, because Kayak's "inventory" was not up to date.

Long wait and dirty car

Pros: Took forever to get the car in Grand Junction. Then the car had to be cleaned so add 15 more minutes while they were waiting on other people.

Pros: It was a great deal for a 1 week mid size SUV rental.

Cons: It was not indicated on my reservation that there would be a one way $100 charge - which was a surprise to me when I received my final receipt. Additionally, they failed to apply my 5% enterprise discount at checkout - which had been in my original reservation. Customer Service was completely confused and struggled to resolve this - it was frustrating.

Bang for the buck

Pros: Because the type of vehicle I had reserved was not ready, they gave me something bigger at the same price...and that price was actually lower than what was shown when the reservation was made. Hard to quarrel with that!

Cons: I was unpleasantly surprised that I was not tole when I chose to prepay the gasoline that I would not be reimbursed for what I did not use. As it turned out, I only used 1/4 of a tank of gas. I could really have used that extra $40 for my trip.
