The car was dirty when we picked it up. Also no one told us we would not be able to use our bank card when we picked it up due to us having an out of state drivers license. We had to drive 3 hours out of the way to fix that. Huge inconvenience. Thought they would’ve accommodated us knowing we were from out of town and that know one told us this policy but they did not.Reviewed Jul 10 2025
