Pros: They didn't give me any hassle over insurance. The car was ready. It only took a few minutes to make the transaction. I knew before hand I needed a credit card.

Not very impressed
Cons: I have rented or tried to rent from enterprise twice in the last week. The first time, I got there to pick up the car and was told that on order to party with a debit card I would need to also provide proof of residence and proof of income. This meant trying to hunt through my email for a utility bill and a pay stub while being stared set by a grumpy staff member. This is the kind of information that really should be provided before the customer gets to the store. I don't love the policy to start with but I could plan accordingly if I knew ahead of time. While I was there I heard them on the phone with someone else telling them it would be no trouble to pay with a debit card. I hope that person came prepared somehow knew they would need to bring a lot of extra paperwork. The second time I tried to rent from them, I successfully made an online reservation only to be called back within 10 minutes to be guild they actually wouldn't have a car for me until hours after the original pick up time. Unfortunately that wouldn't work for me so I made other arrangements. I probably would not try to rent from them again because it was such a hassle the first time and completely unreliable ther next. Also I didn't particularly like the car they gave me which wouldn't have been a big deal except that everything else was so frustrating.

Pros: Was so easy to access site. Awesome pricing! Will use Kayak again and will be referring others. Thank you Kayak

Pros: The car met my expectations. The price was great! Th car ran well.
Cons: The pick up experience was different than I have ever had before. I have rented cars many times, and this time I had to provide the name of my employer, a utility bill, and a $100 deposit...none of which I had ever had to do before. I felt like I could have at least been told at the time I made the reservation that I needed those items. I had to drive home in order to obtain proper items. What if I had been an out of town renter with no way to go home and retrieve the missing items. Honestly, the worst pickup experience I have had with a complete lack of understanding for the from the salesperson.
