I was somewhat of a difficult time by the counterperson in Mobile for looking to pickup my car an hour prior to my stated reservation time, which I've never experienced in all my decades renting cars for business and personal travel. Outside of this, the pickup and return process were good and positive.Reviewed Mar 21 2023

I could not rent a car, the company had sold out all the cars. I had to rent from another company. Nobody returned 22 dollars for insurance (prepayment). It was a very bad experience.Reviewed Feb 4 2023

Pros:All of the staff that I interacted with were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating.Cons:Drop off was a little bit confusing because there didn’t seem to be a dedicated spot for returns. Pros:The team was kind and quickly went through rental procedure.Cons:It is very hard to find those who are in parking lot for returning vehicle, or any dents or scratches prior to leaving. A large return sign check point and perhaps a single point outside for scratch and dent concerns would be very helpful. Guys in a badly parked truck looked like other customers.Reviewed Aug 9 2019

Drop off process not intuitivePros:Curbside drop was convenient. Inside agent was friendly.Cons:I dropped the car off a small regional airport, so the ability to drive to the terminal and drop off 100ft from the entrance was convenient. The signage got me close. The rep who was outside directing customers where to park, etc. wasn't very helpful. A bit snarky and felt like I was being "talked down to."Reviewed Feb 20 2017
