Booked for a Ford Transit, got a Chevy Van, but we were surprised!Pros:The 15 passenger Chevy rode nice, had great power for the road and most of all was awesome on gas mileage! Couldn't be happier.Cons:The luggage space doesn't compare to the Transit. If you are filling the seats with people, there isn't any luggage space.Reviewed Jul 19 2018

Newer Car, Great Gas Mileage, No Fuss, in and outPros:The returned the deposit in a timely manner, only about 3 or 4 days after I returned the car. And as the title says, newer car, great gas mileage, no fuss, in and out of the shop in minutes.Cons:Not a whole lot of con's. I enjoyed the car. Staff was friendly. In and out in minutes. Pros:Service & timely manner of clerk (Ashley) to rent the car. Car was nice & it was clean.Cons:You deducted fee plus deposit money immediately out of my account but too two days for to credit me my deposit. Seems quite unfair !Reviewed May 5 2016
