Loved the simplicity of the booking and pick up. Unfortunately located discarded food and empty water bottle in vehicle after pickup. Also found passenger window switch was not working properly. In the end, Enterprise stepped up and owned the issues which as a customer I coukd not ask for more.Reviewed Apr 28 2024

Pros:Quick on drop off.Cons:Waited 45 minutes for the car. Car was dirty. Second time I rent from there in last couple months (only option since I am taking car Oshawa to North Bay and North Bay has limited rental places).... and both times, I book pick up from one location, and no one informs me that pick up location has changed. This time at least I called ahead to check. They have said each time, it's cause my number is wrong and they can't call me to inform me of different pick up location. Well I know my number and almost certain I don't even put one in at time of booking with you guys... If I do input a number then obviously it's not getting to Enterprise correctly. Also, couldn't they just email me??? Pain in the butt. Why is that pick up location an option if it isn't even open??? Update your website.Reviewed Aug 6 2020
