The first vehicle we received was not in the best condition, with some mechanical problems. However when we returned it we were immediately given a newer vehicle in perfect condition. Sometimes vehicles go out that need more attention . The fact that we received a newer vehicle immediately with no questions asked and an apology made the experience much better.Reviewed Mar 3 2026

The entire process was quick and easy! A driver picked us up at the airport in a shuttle and took us to where they store the cars. The car was clean and in excellent shape. Absolutely despicable customer service. They had no cars available in my class (requested a mini van) and did not communicate this prior to my arrival. The manager Klaus was insulting and refused to rent me a different vehicle even though they had two available. I am in the process of escalating the awful experience to the Enterprise corporate office. I would not recommend this company to anyone and encourage everyone to stay away from this office and this manager.Reviewed Feb 27 2026
