After booking, when I got to the enterprise location to pick up my car. I was told there was no car for me because I was a little past my pickup time. The team at the Orlando airport were incredibly kind and helpful. I mistakenly booked at the wrong airport, the check in employee so was kind in assisting me, the customer service rep I had to call was extremely helpful, and the parking lot employee met me with kindness as well. They didn't have the minivan I ordered on your website available, so they called me directly. Cancelled the rental. I later called in because it showed available on their actual website. Agent told me that it would be escalated with my original confirmation number because they will pull in a vehicle from anywhere else in order to fulfill my request and I'll be called back within 24 hours. I had some damage to vehicle bumper and tail light that is covered on my rental insurance .. and they kept my 300 deposit and tried to take another 600 on top of it only got 480... And never made me aware of this . I communicated and supplied all documents needed . Asked if the provided info was what they needed . They replied yes that's all they needed...
