Picking up I was told they had no trucks after I reserved a truck. Finally they gave me a big 4x4 diesel 3/4 ton. They somehow changed my days and cut me 2 days short but it cost the same as I found out it was because I was upgraded and not informed. I have no receipt even asking more than a few times I wanted to see how I was cut short. Finally a guy printed me one showing a higher price than I booked with ! I added insurance from Kayak and it was for my total days so I paid for 2 extra days I didn’t have the truck. Now my security deposit is either being mail in check form or refunded to my credit card. This was my first experience with Enterprise. The Alpha Romeo Stelvia I rented was in fair shape but I have never rented a car that had over 40,000mi on the odometer! For the money I'd like to rent a younger car, especially if it's a "luxury" car. I'll give Enterprise one more chance.Reviewed Sep 9 2024
