Pros: Very straightforward and simple
Pros: Our second car was a Elantra, very nice car. Enterprise was very good about getting us a different car.
Cons: Our first car was a Toyota , had maintenace problems.
Pros: Picked in Topeka, dropped off at KC airport for no extra charge.
Pros: Matt and Alex were awesome. Vehicle was excellent.
Me and my debit card
Pros: Firm but polite staff. Good price. No car problems.
Cons: Having to furnish utility bills in order to rent the car if you're using a debit card. Yeah, sure, they've probably been burned and it is their business and they can run it the way they want. They don't tell you until you get there that you need this additional paperwork, though, and it's only because I phoned to change the pickup time that I knew to bring it. No big deal, I guess, but be advised.
Made us wait for 2 hours to then say they couldn't
Cons: Made us wait for two hours. Would not rent to us as the credit card was not the same as the reservation. Would not accept the credit card by phone, online, or any other way than physically having the card present. Made us feel like we were criminals and left us without a car for a two week "vacation". Nightmare is more like it. In a digital currency age, this place is living in the stone age.
