I booked an intermediate car with better mpg. When I went there they had so many cars parked but mentioned those cars are not available and I have to take a minivan instead. For that they gonna charge me more since it’s a minivan but it wasn’t my choice😤. They didn’t have what I booked for and on top of that minivan was with lower mpg. So more gas expenses. I returned the car two hours late as I needed some rest for two hours extra they charged me close to a day price. I am never going with enterprise again. I booked with many other rental companies and I had no issues. With budget last week I paid only $93 for rental and with enterprise I am paying almost $400. That’s unbelievable and complete rip off. The experience was great and highly satisfactory.Pros:The rented Malibu was great. It has all what it takes to ride in cold weather with pleasure. Never thought of buying of home made car, but riding in it, totally changed my mind, as I’m a Toyota made addicts. So, my next buy surely is going to be Chevy/GM.Cons:Everything went on fine, expect that discount was denied upon returning the car with far more gasoline than picked up level.Reviewed Dec 19 2017

Incorrect infoCons:I was told this van would have no issues driving into Canada. When I picked it up, they told me I would be turned around at the border because it wasn't recognied as a "true vehicle". I called twice over the past month to confirm this would work and both times they said yes. Ended getting a different van from a different company with no issues.Reviewed Jun 8 2017
