I felt like the woman who helped did ner best, even upgraded me, but then the car I was upgraded to was too large and she very sweetly got me the car I had planned. The biggest problem was logistics at SAN and the online arrangements. How to navigate the site around the pick up.Reviewed Jun 24 2026

Everything was top notch. The van I left Enterprise with on Thursday did not have working air conditioning. When I got home I called and asked about getting a replacement. The next day as we set out on our trip we stopped at the Enterprise office. They had another like model, with working a/c all ready for us. All we had to do was switch out bags from one van to the other. Very smooth. The Pacifica had a smooth ride, was a pleasure to drive, and we had plenty of room. Overall, a very positive experience. The staff completely took care of us. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone, and will most certainly come back the next time there is a need. I picked up the car at Paine airport and returned it at Sea-Tac. Pick up was so easy since the car rental is in the baggage claim area. Drop off at sea-Tac was also quick and easy but you do have to get walk a bit and then take a tram back to the actual airport. Still a quick process and friendly employees too.Reviewed Jun 21 2026
