Pros:Timely and excellent service. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.
Pros:The counter service was great. The car itself was great.
Cons:I booked this rental at <$100 total estimated and it was close to $400. I was put in a larger vehicle not because I requested it, but I was led to believe they were doing me a favor. I was issued an external GPS but the care was also equipped with GPS. I was told the drop-off fee to another location would be waived. I'm not sure it was. I really feel like I got upcharged under high pressure situations (raining coming into LAX) and tight time leaving SNA. If someone could review this rental, I'd be most appreciative. Thanks, Neil.
Pros:The receptionist at the counter, I don't remember his name but he was great. Very friendly and made sure we enjoyed our trip. His customer service skills are top-notch.
Pros:The Tahoe was really comtarble. It had a lot of room.

Cons:We tried to return our rental car yesterday (Saturday) before 2:00 pm. in Oceanside (as noted on our contract) We picked it up prior Monday at about the same time at Costa Mesa. We went to drop it off and leave the key as we've done before, but there was no drop box and we tried and tried to reach a live person and/or an open office. Nothing was open except for us to drive to the San Diego Airport which would have taken up to about two hours and we could not do that. How can a car rental place be CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS??? I'm very disappointed as I used to think Enterprise was the BEST, but now I'm concerned about service availability. I dont want to be charged for extra time. I have not used the car since yesterday, Saturday, before 2:00pm and plan to drop it off first thing tomorrow morning. This is not the kind of service I expect from Enterprise . I'm very disappointed and surprised!

Pros:The Enterprise folks were very helpful and friendly before, during, and after the rental check-in. And if I had any issues -- which I did not -- they were willing to take care of them.
Pros:Enterprise has been my first choice when renting a car. And they will continue to be. They were unable to find our reservation that was booked through your third party site so I will not be using Kayak in the future and will book my car rentals from their website.
Cons:Kayak’s booking did not crossover to the Enterprise site. Enterprise did not have our reservation.
Pros:Great car, clean, plenty of room and power, nicely appointed, better than expected.
Cons:Cheaper off airport, but not unexpected.
