Pros:Loved the car, the features, and the customer service. Everyone was really friendly and the process was really smooth.
Cons:I did not like the wash job that was done to the car before I got it. It has smear marks and dirty spots all over the outside. It was so dirty and smeary on the side mirrors and back window I could hardly see out of them. I would just like it to be a bit cleaner next time.
Cons:Unexpected costs from insurance. They told me I didn’t have insurance for the trip right before I was leaving while I was standing in the parking lot. I unded up spending way more than planned and I’m really miffed about it. They didn’t explain how much more it was going to cost before I left. It felt a little bit like they tricked me.
Pros:Overall positive experience with this transaction.
Pros:Good car. Check in was efficient.
Cons:Smell in the car was horrible. When I asked about it, they said that it was the air freshner used. I believe them but they need to find a better way of making the car smell better. Check out: could not check out at the office I picked up from because it was closed for memorial day weekend. This was not clear when making the booking online on kayak.

Cons:Arrived to find only one person working with a line to the door. The business office was dirty and hot. The worker represented the business in the same manner. Then without referencing this on the website they wanted to hold $200 extra dollars for using a debit card along with a credit check. Really?
Pros:Everything was perfect. The car was waiting for me when I got there (1 hour early) Friendly staff.
Cons:Checkout on Sunday Morning was a bit rough, several customers in line with only 2 people on staff. They had to check the cars, move them around. Would have been better if they had a lot person to do all the extra work
Pros:The vehicle was ok, not the cleanest but, the drop off and complimentary shuttle at LAX was excellent.
Cons:Make sure you have a paper copy of your insurance or you will get a very hard time. We had no issues when we rented at the LAX location and no issues dropping off there but, the very rude man the Anaheim Avis/Budget rental office almost didn’t let us rent as he was angry we went through kayak and had no wifi for me to show him my insurance document. He was argumentative and down right rude. I will let people know not to rent from this location again. He racked the bill up as high as he could to make a buck!
Cons:Tried to return the car after hours, as I was told I could. The drop box wasn't working correctly and I waited on hold twice after being hung up on the first time. The second time I was told the computers were down and to call back later. After convincing the agent to talk to me anyway, he had no help to offer and didn't seem to be familiar with the after hours process. Very frustrating.
Cons:Unprofessional stuff, badly equipped mechanics that don’t care about cars.
