Cons:They didn't have a car for me , sent me to another place . That place didn't take the 75 dollar insurance I bought for the original car.Gave me a car with no cruz control , wich I upgraded to get . Took it of the lot long enough to realize it didn't have Cruz control , took it back and they chared me for a day. Ended up not getting a car and having it cost me 130 bucks . Criminals , never again....

Cons:I was under impression pick up and drop off were at the Gattlin airport in Bozeman not in Bozeman.

Cons:Cancelled before use date. Found out that the car was off prep, I would have had to go in a taxi, or Uber to get it from the airport and they closed on Saturdays at noon, before might flight got in(never mentioned hours in the contract. I did rent from the airport office after that. Same price.

Cons:The vehicle wasn't very clean and smelled. Less than quarter tank gaa,wiper blades bad and license plate tags expired

Wonderful staff, clean comfortable car and they were even able to give us a ride back to our hotel when we dropped off the car.

Pros:I got a call before I even left home airport that there was not a car available for me due to overbooking. So I didn’t like anything about the experience. It was expensive to Uber. And not available at the times i needed. Manager offered to pay for some Uber trips. Really wrecked this trip. No other cars were available for less than $599/day.
Cons:They could have had a car for me since I made a reservation and counted on it. They should have gotten a car from competitor and paid for the difference in price.
