Flixibility of pick up location
Pros: Price was very good.
Cons: When we realised the distance from DC city centre - where were staying - to Dulles where we were to pick up the car, we tried to arrange collection in the city, but we were told this would be $100 extra. This fee seemed a bit excessive, but otherwise we were very happy with the quality of the car and the rental price.

someone else booked in my name
Cons: what?!! a car was ordered in my name by someone else just using my email address and i found out from an email. terrible service and bad company for allowing this to happen.

Cons: Enterprise's policy of not giving you the rental car with a full tank of gas is garbage and a cheap trick for them to make a little extra money. Also, Enterprise's policy of not considering a bank's debit/credit card as a credit card (when every other business in the country is able to process that card as a credit card) is also nonsense.

Not their best deal
Pros: Ease of pick up and drop off.
Cons: Our Hundayi Veloster was as loud as a bus. It had over 32k miles. It was not a fun ride. I know it was a last-minute reservation with a drop off in a different city, but for the same route in the opposite direction a month and a half ago, also from Enterprise, we paid about a half! Not a great deal, but it was the best available.

Cons: The agents offered to allow me to drop off the car after hours, but failed to mention that I would be paying for the car until they came back to work and checked the car in. I'm sure that info was somewhere in the contract, but when I asked repeatedly if it was really okay, they should have mentioned the cost. They ended up appearing super helpful, but it ended up costing me a lot of money.

Pros: Every aspect was great.
Cons: While they couldn't know this, I find Chrysler product to be horrible cars. Every year the various worst 10 car lists that come out have at least 4 of them on their lists. If they;s stop carrying them r at least assign them only to people who request one that would be great.

Pros: Great gas mileage. Nice people to work with. When we told the guy of the couple things that were negative about the vehicle he did offered it take $20 off the bill. That was nice
Cons: Car was to small but only one option when we picked it up. The guy apologized but couldn't upgrade to the next size without charging twice the price. Even though they had plenty of those vehicles on the lot. When we picked up the car it smelled good inside but when the temperature heated up it smelled like cigarette smoke.

Paid for a SUV got a Nissan 4 passenger suv.
Pros: Minutes from my house
Cons: Gas was under half they said bring it back like that..I feel like oi paid for a large SUV got a small Nissan 4 passenger.

Worst Service Ever
Cons: I made a reservation a week in advance! They didn't have my car available! Did not offer any type of substitute, went to a different location and was told to pay more! Won't be renting from them ever again!

Weird Service- Didnt like the car
Pros: I liked that i didnt have to drive my car
Cons: I thought the service was terrible. The rep asked me if i had a debit or credit card that wasnt reloadable- I use Simple, which is a real bank that is technology driven and is used by many in the younger generation. It was demeaning that he acted as though my card was a reloadable visa gift card. I told him it was a real bank, and he said, really? because i just googled it. Then he proceeded to "google it" again, until he was satisfied that it was a real bank. The car was a ford focus- i dont know what the deal was, but every time i started to move from a stop it felt like it was going to stall. All in all, I have had much better service with Hertz, and will probably stick with them.

Pros: Professional people, very nice car, very good rate.
Cons: I got transferred from very poor customer service to Excellent customer service. From 1100 Plainfield location to 4200 location. There is a huge difference between both locstion: Price, professional, customer service.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car was/is a terrible experience
Pros: I liked that I got a car (not the one I wanted) that got me safely and reliably to where I needed to be.
Cons: I didn't like that when I arrived to pick up my rental, I was forced to use my personal debit card to actually get the vehicle instead of using the credit card it was reserved with. I also upset that when I returned the vehicle in the same condition as I received it, my deposit was not refunded as expected even though it was checked back in by an Enterprise employee who told me my deposit would be refunded immediately. The result is that I did not get the car I reserved, or even the same class, which was disappointing but understandable. What I can't accept is being charged twice the amount of the reservation price, especially when the funds are coming out of my personal account instead of the credit card used to book the "deal".

Over charged $200
Pros: I fortunately was looking at my bank statement earlier than normal and caught the added $200 on my bill. I will always take the time to have them print my receipt when I return the car. I can't trust they will do it correctly

Excellent customer service willing to make it righ
Pros: The manager was excellent and willing to fix any problem to serve the customer well. I really appreciated his willingness to serve.

Full Size Fun Size
Pros: The color.
Cons: Given a car that had been driven up from Florida without service. Total monopoly at GRR, two companies split ownership of six agencies. No good luck at this airport. Reserved a full size, but got the basic model Nissan Altima. It had to pair bluetooth with a third party app on the phone, big no-no, didn't have heated seats, and the driving quality was terrible. Car was sluggish to respond to steering, and accelerating felt clear the car had been burned-in it's use down in Florida and up to Michigan where I rented it. Again tho, duopoly controls the rental cars so you can't complain. Avoid this small down airport if you can. Disgraceful.

Pros: Was nice that they upgraded for free. There was a short wait at pick up and the guy working at the National counter had to cover Enterprise as well. I did not think it was a big deal. Maybe that is why they upgraded. I'm used to driving a Toyota minivan, so it didn't seem spacious to me, though I know it was a good car. So I was happy to be upgraded. Wish I could have dimmed the navigation system. I felt like I had a flashlight in my eyes at night.

Cons: When I arrived at the Grand Rapids airport from my flight I was told that the vehicle was not available at the airport location. I was told that the car and rate was for a distant location in the Grand Rapids region. I was up-charged an additional about $100 for a two day compact rental because Enterprise would not honor the online price from Kayak. I felt that this was a "bait and switch" tactic by Enterprise and exploited the consumer.

Filled the transportation need I had...
Pros: Great customer service and quick rental process. I got an upgrade and didn't even have to ask for it. They also did a price match and reduction for the second week when I showed them a lower rate online.
Cons: More open hours at the rental site. They open at 8:00am. I had to be to work at 8:00am and they close at 12:00 noon on Saturdayvsnd are not open on Sunday.

Make sure you check your p/u location!
Pros: The car was fine. We received a slight upgrade from what we reserved because they were out of compact cars. The staff at the agency was friendly and helpful.
Cons: When I made the reservation I put the GRR airport location into Kayak search. I didn't realize that Kayak changed the p/u location to 10 miles from the airport. When we went to Enterprise desk at the airport they informed us that they could not shuttle us. They did offer us a rental at the airport for double the price. So we had to get a cab for 20 bucks each way. It's partly my fault for not checking the rental location address. It's also Kayak's fault for not making it clear that our p/u location was not the airport. It ended up being ok. It just added stress to an already stressful trip.
