Pros:They called me at the last minute saying there were no cars available despite my booking in advance and I was on a waiting list. When I said this was a huge problem as I had a hospital appt I needed to get to and had been relying on the car, they found a car for me. The service on both ends (picking up and delivering the car) was excellent. Rating would have been excellent except for being told I might not have a car after booking it in advance, and then getting a car type that I hadn't wanted. Otherwise excellent. Price was good.
Cons:I had wanted a small economy car, and the only one they had available was a very large jeep 4x4 which got pretty bad mileage.
Pros:The price was phenomenal and the person who helped me at the rental agency was very courteous and helpful.
Cons:The car was brand new yet had some distressing issues like the wipers didn't clear the centre majority of the windshield making visibility awkward. Also, there was a loud noise coming from the passanger door which was distressing enough to want to get checked out but wasn't possible on such a short trip.
Pros:Free upgrade; 5% discount when I asked if they gave a discount for AA membership (they don't, but they applied this discount without me asking for it); very clear about what constituted 'damage' when I checked the car with them at the beginning of the rental, ie. scatches over a cerrtain length, etc.
Cons:Nothing negative to mention.
Cons:Perfume smell in the car from a previous user.
Pros:Friendly people, good rather new car (with a California license plate), so we got quite a few looks from the "locals" ;-) No hard sell for additional insurance and extras, no problems encountered during the 3 weeks rental period.
Cons:We decided not to pick-up the car at the airport, but in the city center, since this turned out to be significantly cheaper. We called with the Enterprise helpdesk to inform if there was a shuttle service (we explicitly mentioned the address of the pick-up location) and we were told "yes, we have a shuttle service". However, when we arrived at the shuttle service at the airport, we were told they do not have a service to the location in te city center. So we took a taxi to take us downtown, to the Enterprise location at 999 Canada Pl. Our cab driver could take us to the location without a problem, but the Enterprise office was very hard to find. We again called the helpdesk from our Taxi and with the help of google maps the very helpful lady from Enterprise finally could tell us we needed to be inside a hotel, where the rental office was located. Once we found it, everything was OK, on the way to excellent, very friendly people!

Cons:Had booked the vehicle under the assumption that it was at the airport and there happens to be 2 enterprise locations equidistant from YVR. Long story short it took quite awhile to get to the car. It was also very hard to get a taxi from the location after the drop off.
