I wasn't able to rent from them. The website stated I could use a debit card for my deposit but when I got there they told me that I couldn't. I didn't have a credit card with the amount on it that was required for the deposit so I wasn't allowed to rent a car.

Did not have a flight so I could not use the debit card at the airport, fine. I called the customer service and asked them were I could rent with just a debit card and they gave me a non-airport location and reserved a car, I'm half way to the rental location in the uber and they tell me they won't rent with a debit card even though their hq said they would. I informed them that I checked on that specifically to ensure they would take it before I showed up. They had no other options for me, no help, no discount on future rentals, nothing. 2nd time enterprise has screwed me previously they rented me a car that didn't exist weeks ahead of time and did not inform me that there was no car until hours before I was to pick it up. I had to leave my own car in Cleveland for a month. These guys are even worse than Avis, if such a thing is possible
