Pros:Staff was friendly, informed, and the use of technology to automate the process was impressive.
Pros:Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The entire process was very smooth and quick.
Cons:Better drop off instructions.
Cons:At least have cars for customers that have reservation, Made my reservation 5 days in advance, got there no cars. Trying to get my mom out the houes from cabin fever, didn't happen ,very disappointed.

Cons:The staff was only friendly for the purpose of up selling me. They were completely unhelpful with resolving the botched reservation. Instead they saw an opportunity to saddle with a “car class change” that cost more than the vehicle rental, this was predatory.
