Enterprise just canceled my reservation the day before and then Kayak was impossible to reach. Never wil I book with both of these companies again.

I booked sedan car but at the pick time, they gave me compact SUV, which is not what I booked for. When I asked to get my sedan, customer service representative said they don’t have sedan. Fuel tank was so small in the car that I had to stop in every city to have enough fuel to reach my next stop. Didn’t worth my money at all. Also the price difference, when I booked, it showed me around $90 including daily rate and other fee, but when I went to pick up the car, they said its for $122. I had no other option than paying it. I would not recommend to anyone else.

Over an hour wait without anywhere to sit. How they could be so unprepared is confusing - they knew how many reservations they had. But the staff was friendly and we ended up getting an upgrade. Just a bummer to waste an hour of our precious vacation time standing around in a crappy hotel hallway.

Amazing service! The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond any expectations I had! I truly felt like they cared that we had an amazing experience and they did what they could to ensure our rental was comfortable! We picked up our rental in Lethbridge and returned it in Edmonton. I felt like the staff members on both ends of our trip were committed to ensuring we had a seamless experience. I will definitely be renting with Enterprise again after this!

There wasn’t a car there even though it said there was availability and wasted my entire families time - we drove to 2 locations across town looking for a car. The employees were so apologetic and courteous - nothing they could do :(

The rental company called me shortly after I received the booking confirmation and told me they had no cars available. Moreover, they did not cancel the booking: I had to do it by myself.
