Pros:Checkout was quick. The employee greeted me by name (knew from license plate number). The payment / receipt was provided on the spot and was provided directions to the terminal.

Cons:Car type I reserved (several months in advance) was unavailable. This seems to happen every time I rent a car. I’m not sure why you can select a type of car if they will just give you what they have anyway!

Pros:Staff members were friendly, and there wasn't too much pressure to pay for upgrades, though they were offered. Our car was nice and worked well for us.
Cons:The pickup experience was a little hectic and the wait was a little longer than I would've liked.
