Pros:The check out process was quick and easy at the airport terminal. Car was comfortable.
Cons:It took over an hour to pickup rental even though I had already done all paperwork and just needed to pickup vehicle. There was a lot of chaos, 2 people doing rentals and only 4 people in front of me. They were struggling with order, cleaning and checkout process. Won’t rent from that location again.

Cons:It took over 2 hours from the time I called at the airport because the shuttle wasn’t there to actually get to the place, do the paperwork, and get into a car that was safe. 1st car they tried to give us didn’t have brake lights. The car we finally left in was dirty inside and out and drove horribly but after that long, we just wanted to leave that place.

Pros:Normally don’t do reviews but I had to today. Hands down the best and only place I go to rent for both personal and business. I had a great experience and even got offered a drop-off ride. Definitely recommend with their lower prices compared to other competitors.
Cons:I am super satisfied with the customer service and with the rental. The person who helped me, Ryan was super informative. I would not rent from another location from now on. The place was clean and neat and the selection of cars was amazing.

Cons:Reservation was made at 12:00 PM, arrived at 12:05 location closed no phone call no nothing. Horrible experience.
