Pros:The staff was friendly and quickly helped us get our rental car. We will use this location again!
Car was really dirty inside. Like gross. Peoples fingernails & dirt. Both inside and out. Food crumbs
Pros:Drop off was easy
Cons:I ordered a luxury sedan. They gave me a small Cadillac SUV. I was using the vehicle to drive my sick grandmother to NC. It was difficult for her to get in and out of the SUV. The customer service representative was completely apathetic to my situation. When I asked for a luxury sedan even if it wasn't what I ordered any sedan would be better than an SUV he told me he had one but wouldn't give it to me because I was paying with a debit card and not a credit card. I told him I would pay in full in advance and they could put as much as a $5,000 deposit on my debit card, but because it wasn't a credit card he said he couldn't and I could take the SUV or go with another company. Because I had a schedule to follow I took the SUV. The SUV smelled so badly of cigar smoke one of my passengers got physically ill from the smell. We ended up having to have someone else pick us up halfway and I followed behind in the smelly SUV. Luckily it was easy enough for me to drop it off a day early.
Pros:The location appeared to be closed but was it was not. Staff was doing a safety check of the Venice Budget Car Rental as the facility is under renovation.
Cons:Got there Not only did they NOT have MY car that I ordered waiting for me. They did NOT have any cars what so ever!!!! I Came from the ship with my bags I had to sit there HRS to wait for someone to bring back something so I could have a car. AND I had to pay extra for a van because that was the only thing that got returned.and when I returned the computer said the car was full of gas and it was NOT!! if it wouldnt not have been for me taking a picture of the gauge and the slip where the guy wrote out that it was almost out of gas! I woulda had to pay for the gas. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN

Cons:Tried to call 4 different Budget numbers first morning line would Say connecting to an agent and then disconnects very frustrating. The car smelled like weed/smoke when we picked it up. Came back 20 min after pickup to let the agent know. She said she would note it on account. I asked about a later check in she said if I was later then 1:25 I would be charged full day 47.00 base rate. So we decided we would pay extra. My husband wanted another car it was that strong , but I didn’t want to wait. Next drop off was a mess two workers told us differently on drop off I instructions. Left keys on car, take my paperwork and no one looked over car with us there which I wanted to because they was no damage and full tank. They said I d get email haven’t yet. Looked on pending charges and it’s way over amount..... never agaon. Want explanation of why it’s soooo much pending
Pros:Staff member at the terminal was awesome. Very personable, efficient and professional. I walked away satisfied and laughing at our last exchange. She was the last employee I saw while picking up our vehicle. Upon returning our vehicle we did locate an employee in the lot who was also quite friendly.
Cons:The vehicle was dirty from the top to the wheel wells. The rear seats were still down which made it easier to put our luggage away but the area clearly had not been vacuumed. There were no employees to be found in the lot. There was a damaged front headlight which had markings on it indicating that it had already been observed by staff. Upon putting up the rear seats to pick up our children at the airport, We noticed that all rear seats were covered with dog foot prints of mud which I had to clean prior to picking up our guests. Clearly not COVID-19 sanitized.
