Cons:Car shook and rattled when I drove it. Smelled like smoke Pick up location was not at addressed on email confirmation. The office had moved to airport.

Pros:The counter people accommodated us even though they didn't have. The type car that we had ordered by giving us an upgrade.

Cons:The people that we have to get the car from are absolutely rude. The one girl with all the tattoos is very unpleasant to deal with I think she needs to find a new job. The car did not have any major bells and whistles in it don't understand why the price tag on it is so high I actually have this vehicle as a regular vehicle and love it this thing drives like a tank
