The staff was very helpful and nice, car in excellent conditions. Would highly recommend it
Worst experience i ever had. We booked the car 2 weeks before to make sure we had the car we wanted. On the pickup day, they told us they had no car left (no matter the categorie) and told us to try with the other compagnie there. We had to book with Europcar for 1000$ instead of the 300$ of our booking since we were last minute. Europcar told us that Enterprise are doing this to at least 7-8 persons per day. Never booking with them again. Waiting for my final invoice from Europcar to ask for compensation from Enterprise. Go with Avis or Europcar
Highly recommend Enterprise in Sevilla at the train station, especially if you get Paula as a representative. She was the best!
They cancel bookings if you get there too late for their preference late (even when you reserve a whole day) they do not call nor text, nor is it listed in their terms
I requested to change the pick up and drop off location and with no hesitation they did so. Also I realized that the suv which I reserved was to big and they were able to give me a smaller suv. Upon return of the car the employee( David)receiving the car offered to give us a ride to the taxi stop.
