Cons:The car was not the car I ordered ... I ordered a 7 seated car for 7 passengers and luggage I chose to hire with enterprise because I didn't think they would enter into the same nonsense other car hire companies do with car being 'similar' I needed to ad another driver during the week which became very difficult . The local enterprise office kept ringing to find out where and when the car was being returned All in all not great .
Pros:Friendly staff, easy drop off
Cons:Rented twice from Enterprise/Alamo in Spain, both times it seemed to take 40 minutes to actually drive away.
Pros:No BS, no insurance pressure, very smooth.
Pros:I reserved at remote location - near interstate so not to drive in historic city center of Seville Spain. When I arrived the car was not ready...I waited for it to be washed then they drove the car offsite to refuel. My entire check in plus wait time for wash & fuel was over an hour.
Cons:Everything regarding check- in. Info that drop off location was NOT at airport would have been helpful as well. The agent at drop off destination was excellent.
Pros:International drivers license The car was great and the people attending us were very nice. It took way too long.
Cons:Upon getting the car we were notified that we needed an international drivers license. In the FinePrint it does say you need an international drivers license but we feel that I need for an international drivers license needs to be highlighted from the get go. It should not be included in the fine print. I have been living in traveling abroad for the last 20 years and I have never experienced this. If this is a new policy it really needs to be stressed. Pros:The staff was friendly, and helped me al lot.
Cons:The price I had to pay was a lot more and was not told before so we in the last minute I had to get an other car.
The staff was very helpful and nice, car in excellent conditions. Would highly recommend it
Pros:Excellent! Staff was quite professional and personable. A bit of a delay in getting car but nothing serious. Car was clean and ready to go. Great car! No problems at all. Highly recommended.
