Pros:I flew into Spokane with a plan to drive up to Red Mountain, in British Columbia, for a ski trip. Booked a "full size" vehicle, which is usually the smallest option available that can fit my skis. An SUV would have been even better for the purpose, because of the all wheel drive and tricky road conditions, but these cost twice as much. Normally, I go with the cheapest option available, which tends to be Thrifty or Dollar. However, I had recently had a disappointing experience with one of them in Denver and so I decided to spend the extra $40 and go with Enterprise. I'm so glad I did! I arrived a little bit earlier than my scheduled pick up time and had to wait around for about 10 minutes while my rental was cleaned. Without me making any complaint or grumble, the Enterprise manager appeared and told me that they felt badly about the wait, and that I was getting a complimentary upgrade to an AWD SUV! And, what's more, free refill of gas upon return. Amazing! This really made a huge difference in my trip. So happy with Spokane's Enterprise location!
Pros:Price through Kayak was great. The personnel at the counter were very friendly and helpful.
Cons:My only complaint is that there was some confusion over features of the van I rented. When I called to inquire whether the vehicle had a roof rack, I was told it did; but when I arrived to pick it up I found out it did not. Not a huge deal, because the cargo area turned out to be sufficient. Of course the agent offered an upgrade, but I wanted to stay on-budget, so I declined.
Pros:Brand new car with great gas mileage.
Pros:Check-in in Spokane was smooth and pleasant, as was drop-off in Denver. We put a lot of miles on this Kia minivan and enjoyed every minute of it. Would recommend to others and will rent from Enterprise again.
Cons:Unwillingness to help with Enterprise Plus questions and I was just handed my contract and keys to me without even showing me where my car was...? Is that not part of the job?
Pros:Staff was helpful, got the vehicle 2 hrs earlier than anticipated. Liked having unlimited miles. Great deal.
Cons:Minivan was uncomfortable - but that’s not on enterprise .
Pros:Quick service, no hassles
Cons:Only issue was the windshield washer fluid was empty, needed to stop and fill it up with a $4/gallon fluid at convenience store for safety reasons. No reimbursement offered upon delivery
Pros:The staff was helpful in figuring out why I had a reservation but couldn't pick up a car
Cons:The website wasn't clear enough about which place I was picking up the car. I never got my car since it was not at the airport but instead across town.
