Pros:Way cheaper than renting from the airport,and only a 15 min Uber ride away. Fast service, good car for the price.

Cons:Had to wait awhile for someone to appear at check out and return...no one around anywhere. Also, total price was kind of high with all the taxes and extra fees.

Cons:It wasn't clear upon my reservation through Kayak that the rental location was offsite from the airport. I had to spend $45 in Uber fees to be transported between locations for pickup and drop off.

Cons:The people checking us in tried to give us a smaller car than we reserved. I had to call corporate to deal with it. I came back the next day and the team handled it very well and upgraded me to a luxury car.

Cons:Hidden in the terms of service for the particular group under the dollar name was the requirement that the renter have full insurance coverage. I currently only maintain liability as I have an older car and they refused to rent to me. Sucked.

Pros:The price was exactly what I was looking for, cheap. The car was clean both inside and out
Cons:I had to wait for 15 minutes when I picked up and dropped off because they only had 1 person working the counter. There were severel other people working but apparently couldn't check in or out a car. I've rented from Dollar and other companies in the past and the check out process took close to a half hour with the inspection of the car(I felt like they were looking for reasons to charge me more when I returned it), and all the paperwork.

Pros:Nothing good.
Cons:There were so many hidden fees, deposits, and more! In the end we ended up not even renting from them, and going to Enterprise. It ended up being cheaper than the Kayak quoted price, and they were WAY friendlier. The Dollar Spokane Valley has awful customer service!
