Pros:I was only charged for 1 day, which was correct.
Cons:That they didn't default to charging me for 2 days. It was inconvenient to have to go in and get the paperwork updated. Would have rather they did it right in the first place and we could have just dropped off the keys.

Pros:Staff was very friendly at both the pick up and drop off locations. It was easy to find the car in the lot when we picked it up, and the signs were easy to follow for where to drop it off. The car itself was in great condition, ran well, and was very clean. It was perfect for what we needed!
