Pros:The woman that worked directly with was very helpful, accommodating and nice.
Cons:The car we had reserved was not available. We either took what they had or did"t go on our trip. We were going to the snow and had rented a SUV for clearance, luggage space and handling in the snow. We ended up with the only car they had, a nice Audie, but only trunk space, low to the ground. It did fine in the snow once the roads were cleared, but we were stuck until they did this. The car then ran out of oil??? and also told us to adblue within a certain amount of miles or the car would no longer turn on. This would have been 80euros worth of adblue and we would have had to unload our trunk to get some special key to open the adblue lid. Since we are unfamiliar with Audie cars this was very stressful for us as we did"t know what to do. Luckily we were close enough to Berlin to make it before needing to add the adblue.

Cons:The staff. They did not give clear communication on anything and double charged us for insurance. They also charged us for two drivers when we only requested one. Worst experience I've had. Won't be going through enterprise again

Cons:Enterprise keep on spamming kayak car rentals database with rentals that are not available. After booking a guy phoned me to say the car didn't exist, but that he might be able to provide a car if one became available, but he wasn't sure. Totally useless!!

Cons:The lady on duty in the office was speaking on the phone for 10 minutes when we arrived. She didn't once look up or gesture to acknowledge us and when she finally finished her conversation she began to interrogate and admonish us on our late arrival. Whilst I am familiar with deficiencies in Berlin customer service, this sort of rudeness was on another level. I would not recommend Enterprise Car Hire on Friedrichstraße!

Cons:We returned the car after hours, and were charged a ridiculous amount of money for a small scratch on the rim that we hadn't noticed at pickup. It felt like a scam, it took us months to fight it through our credit card insurance. I will not rent from them again.
