I asked twice for at the counter for full insurance coverage. He assured me. Before I left the counter I asked for my rental agreement. He said it would be emailed. The email arrived a day later. No insurance. Too late to rectify it as I already was mid rental. When I returned the car they found an inside panel in the back was loose. I said no one was back there. Didn’t matter. They filed a claim against me. Insurance would have covered it. Never using Enterprise again.

we were assisted by a young man named Dee. He was excellent. Best experience with a rental car representative ever.

With less than 24hrs notice, they tried to completely change type of vehicle, tried to give me an E.V. then move back the pickup time back 3-1/2 hours. They only had an upgraded vehicle that they refused to supply at the rental agreement rate id agreed upon! Should have been given at the lower rate to compensate for their mistakes. Not good, lost a repeat customer!
