Flight was delayed into Buffalo! Went to the Enterprise counter only to find THEY WERE CLOSED!!!!!! NO AGENTS!!! EXTREMELY UPSET WILL NEVER USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

There was a problem with the car. After its been parked -- there was a problem with the emergency brake. It kept on engaging. Thus when you start it up, it will not drive because the emergency brake was engaged. At first we were quite worried, not knowing what was wrong. Almost got it towed. This happened intermittently.

I was unable to rent the card because I didn’t have a credit card and 54.00 was taken from my account for extra insurance and I never rented the car. I would like my money back

Staff was very helpful and patient. I understand not committing to a refund for planning the default statement shouldn’t be “we will refund it right back in return of the car” should probably be put out front that if after hours it might be delayed and or it may take up to two weeks. My refund was within in two days but for budget and planning worst case scenario should be stated up front. That is not a complaint just a suggestion.

The car they gave me was tucked back in behind a truck and between two other cars at the back of the lot. They hadn’t pulled it out for me, so I had to squeeze around and through the other vehicles to do the inspection. I thought that was strange, but other than that it was fine.

I rented a truck online and paid for one they gave me a Nissan centra . If u don’t have a truck don’t advertise it online .
