Enterprise didnt have the Van and no alternatives or solurions. They overbook there vehicles and dont have available when you arrive with your confermation appointment.. Bad business practices and Enterprise did this twice...

The friendly customer service reps are amazing! I dont know what you folks have done but your people are going beyond rhe call! I rented a care in havasue during the pandemic, the manager was a joke and let everyone know her political affiliation. She was wearing a lace mask. But recently HAD no choice and rented there again! Wow was i pleasantly suprised! Rented three tims since!

Made a reservation the night before I left for my trip and the next morning Enterprise called and said they had no cars available that day for me to rent. Obviously some inventory discrepancies between car rental business and Kayak.

I booked a car and was not told till I got there that they had no options in the grade of cars I selected so I could cancel my reservation or pay extra for a car from the sports car category. The sales associate was speaking to me like I was dumb and would not let up on how this was my fault since I booked the car that day. Terrible customer service
