Statesville Enterprise was horrible, they have their own set of rules. They don't accept credit cards that the corporate office say are valid cards. Statesville may not be high in economical status reports but we're not degenerates. I was told Statesville was a high fraud area and that's why they would not accept my valid credit card. The agent told me to go get a specific credit card and put the money to cover the hold that would be refunded upon returning the car. I did so, then was told they couldn't take that either. My brother out of state wanted to put his credit card on the rental, that wasn't allowed either. They said he had to be present. He was going to rent it for me but no they wouldn't accept that either. The staff was rude and bold face LIED to me. I was unable to rent a car!
