The car wasn t available at the pick up point, not even other similar car, no one informed me about this, I took a taxi and go to the airport in order to get another car from there because they didn’t bring me one ar the pickup point. Spent 40 euros fot taxi and 2 hours in order to get the car. At the airport they force me to pay for 2 days for 1 day and 1 hour 🤯 for a different. I took the car at 12 am and bring back at 13 pm. I should have taken the car at 10:00 am and I miss 2 hours for so many problems

Enterprise was quick, no muss no fuss made my reservation gave my license and cc and was in my car in kess than 5 to 10 minutes

Didn’t get the car I requested (was relying on AWD since I had to go over a few mountain passes). They were short staffed so I elected not to have it cleaned. To make up for that they said they’d mark the gas tank as empty so I wouldn’t have to return full, which the receiving office didn’t honor. (They said someone with Enterprise would call to straighten that out since they really want satisfied customers. They didn’t call). I bought the extra insurance for three days but didn’t get refunded a portion since I brought it back a day early. All around not so great.

The car was great and the Enterprise staff were great. A consistent problem is the lack of staffing. There are 2-3 people that are doing EVERYTHING and they are doing it well, but wait times are much longer than they should be. Corporate properly staffing the office would solve this issue.
