There were about 15 waiting when I walked in to pick up my car. Three workers working hard to get everyone out, but still incredibly slow. I was there for 2 hours. Then they didn’t have what I wanted and we had to get something else.

Cons:car wash working.
Cons:It was an aweful experience. The man who was helping refused to help me because they were closing he was yelli g at other employees and told me to go somewhere else to rent my vehicle. He wasnt wearing a name tag so i dont know his name but he was not friendly he just wanted to leave but they shouldnt of let me make a reservation for 1pm of they close at that time.
Pros:smooth and efficient check in and check out
Cons:car was filthy borderline disgusting, no wiper fluid, and it was an old car. Almost 42k miles. Fan a weird obnoxioius buzzing. Impossible to get help with a coat I left in the car. I want a person to help find it. Not some useless e-mail system.

Cons:I asked at the North Kingstown location if the Naples location was open on Sunday, as that was the day I scheduled to return the car. I was told it was. Upon returning my car on Sunday - after driving 26 hours to ensure I made it back in time, the agency was closed. I brought the car back the first thing Monday morning and was told I would be charged for the extra day. The rep told me they have a drop-off box (where, I still don't know) which I should have used on Sunday. When I said there was no indication of that on any signs, she told me they don't like to advertise it. She recommended I talk to the North Kingstown office since she couldn't help me. I called North Kingstown, explained my issue, and she gave me a break on the charge, but I still had to pay extra. I was not very happy about this as it wasn't my fault. This should have been explained to me.
Cons:The basic problem was that when I got to the counter Enterprise had not idea who I was, and I didn't have the mysterious, not-prominent number I needed to be recognized by Enterprise. It took 45 minutes of digging for us to find it on the computer. It was a disaster, and I will never use Kayak for renetal cars again
Pros:Called the enterprise office when 15 minutes away to say we might be a few minutes late and asked for options (could they wait a few minutes or leave the keys?) A very unfriendly person called Emerson replied 'you will have to come back tomorrow'
Cons:All unhelpful Emerson had to say was 'I'm sorry but we have to close at that time, we will be happy to help you tomorrow - but his attitude was so negative we cancelled the booking and went to Avis.
