Cons:Took for ever to get the car. The car was dirty. The gas was half full I told the representative and the answer was just take it back half full. I got to Miami Airport Car Rental Terminal and they told me the gas it's not full and I got charged full tank plus penalty total of almost $ 70 on top of the $ 53 for the car. What I call a Scam!
Pros:The representative went above & beyond to be sure I was happy. When the first car wasn't what I had in mind for comfort or looks, she called me 20 mins after I left to swap me out with something better than had came in.

Pros:The car was ready on time. Check in was quick.
Cons:It was pouring with rain. The clerk was ok but didn't do anything extra. I circled back to double check where the car was parked and was given the same vague instructions. Not once did she mention that Thrifty has no signs in the lot. I was soaked by the time I hit the panic button and found my vehicle. Returning the car, I didn't refill it. I was charged $10/gallon! That was not mentioned at check in. It doubled the price of my rental. Really unacceptable.

Cons:Was supposed to pick up a midsize vehicle instead I was giving SUV truck with the worst gas mileage ever the truck was not ready at 8 o'clock as promise was supposed to be picked up at eight received a call and told me that the vehicle will not be ready until 9
Cons:Car wasn’t clean, old cup under seat with milkshake remains. We ordered a VWJetta and got a Kona? Never heard of it. Attendant said it was an upgrade, haha. It was not a quiet car
