Pros:Great car at market price.
Cons:Didn't like the hard sell for insurance coverage at 100 and 200% of the rental reservation. When declined they forced a $3,000. Credit deposit and a contract to cover replacement of the vehicle. Was open that the trip included visits to othe EU countries. After all else was done the agent stamped the rental document in red, "no crossing borders."

Pros:Receiving agent looked at sheet with lots of scratches n dings noted when picked up n said he'd treat us "professionally" n believe no new damage. We didn't need to argue n show pictures of car when we picked it up in Porto. Wonderful.

Cons:Office was a little understaffed during pickup, but was fine at all other times.

Pros:The car was nice and clean and I enjoyed driving it. The dropoff was great unlike the pickup.
Cons:I stood in line for a total of 2 hours in order to get the car. It was ridiculous. First I had to stand in line for 1.5 hours in order to check-in. Meanwhile some of the check-in attendants were going on break and doing their job as lackadaisical as possible. Then after I was checked in, I had to stand in another line for another 30 minutes to get the car. The whole experience was terrible and I should have gone through Hertz.

Cons:Car was good and all, but as I dropped it off with a bit less than a full tank (I had filled up about 20km from the airport) they charged me over 40 Euros. That's just a ridiculous money grab. Very disappointing,

Pros:The car was fine.
Cons:The 2 hour wait at the airport to get to the counter to pick up the car. The car's exterior was dirty. We ordered a GPS device. It was provided at a ridiculous price and simply handed to us without any directions or instruction manual. I've never used one and it was not very intuitive. It also didn't work multiple times during our trip.
