Pros:The car itself
Cons:They have not fixed over charges they charged due to mileage overages on an unlimited mileage rental. They haven't responded to fix it. The pick up of the car was ridiculous, bad communication, giving me a car I didn't rent initially. I rented a mid-size SUV and they tried to give me a compact car, saying it was an SUV. Took over an hour just to pick car up as rental agent appeared to be incompetent. In the end, they overcharged for for a day and mileage - and have since failed to respond to my multiple attempts to resolve the incorrect charges.

Cons:There was no vehicle ready for pick-up. Waited a few hours for another customer to turn car in, and it was immediately rolled over to us. Had “standard” form to sign, vehicle unseen, plus additional security deposit. Went to vehicle and vehicle was filthy. Gas was was not quite full, key in ignition, and staff showed how to use GPS. Asked other questions about using, controls, etc. Fast forward, filled up with gas from nearby station, returned vehicle full to location instructed. Was a day earlier than reserved when dropped off - stuck in heavy traffic and missed closing time, but had instructions for after hours. Parked car in appropriate area, locked up, dropped key off in lock box, different floor. Next morning contacted about when car would be returned. They found car. Next they contacted because they couldn’t find the key. Found key. Then they contacted again looking for some secondary manual key that was supposedly inside the other key. They are attempting to trump up additional charges. Damage deposit still has not been refunded, and they have added high costs to the credit card used for vehicle. Dealing with this car rental place has been terrible right from the beginning. Situation is still under dispute and has not been settled.

Pros:The staff at enterprise in Paris were amazing and helpful. I would definitely use again.

Pros:I rented cars hundreds of times all over the world. This time was the worst. Very slow, tiring experience, very dirty car inside and outside with multiple points of body damage impossible to record or even see in the darkness of the garage. Was charged for scratches which were not recorded 1200 euros. The car was mulfunctioning sending voice anouncements of the circulation problem.

Pros:We were given an upgrade on our reservation, so we used a fantastically comfortable car. The gas mileage was super, but the really great thing was the friendly, helpful, nice staff. Check in and return were easy and again, EVERYONE WAS SO NICE! Thank you Enterprise France.
Cons:I can't think of how this rental could have been better.

Cons:A majority of the elevators at Gare du Nord don't work/broken. The three elevators that go down to from the rental desk to the garage were hard to use (one broken, the other two had problems with scanning the card). The map showing how to go in and out of Gare du Nord needs improvement!
