The car was great and the Enterprise staff were great. A consistent problem is the lack of staffing. There are 2-3 people that are doing EVERYTHING and they are doing it well, but wait times are much longer than they should be. Corporate properly staffing the office would solve this issue.

Smaller vehicle than committed. SUV not full of gas, almost empty. Soft suspension. Arrived safely & Enterprise Mngr has made it right.

It would have been nice to know that I needed a credit card to rent the larger van. I ended up with a smaller van in the end. I was a bit miffed that no one had informed me before I arrived to pick it up. Otherwise the service was very good.

I was very disappointed with my rental. I contacted my local enterprise office four times about the availability of a luxury suv for our trip. Each time I was asked to trust the process but sadly it was a snow job. At pickup time there were no luxury SUV’s available. I was given an uncomfortable GMC I did not want. They acted as if this was okay, even normal. Well it sucked. Enterprise, you can do better.
