Pros:It was very quick in and out. We enjoyed the car very much.

Pros:The staff were very accommodating and helpful, They hand washed the car before renting it to us. The shuttle driver did an excellent job of getting us to the airport on time.

Pros:Staff was friendly and efficient at both pick up and drop off.
Cons:I would say when dropping off the car, just leaving the car with the key was a concern. It makes me nervous that inspection didn't take place at pick up or at drop off. It leaves room for mistakes or errors on the receipt after return which could lead to difficulties. Other than that got me from A to B.

Cons:Feel like I got ripped off when I got bill for taxes that was not included in rental fees. Other companies included all fees so there is no surprise when picking up car. Congratulations on scamming me, will not give return buisness
