Pros:The staff was pleasant and professional.
Pros:The car we finally rented
Cons:Getting the car we needed was a nightmare. Said a car was available and it wasn’t. Very frustrating experience. The people were nice but didn’t make much of an effort to locate a car.
Pros:Drop off was easy.pickup was a nightmare: wewaited in line 30 minutes, then told our car was at another location but there was no shuttle: we had to take a cab (who was not happy to get such a short ride). The waited another 30 minutes while they got our car ready.
Cons:1. Get more staff at airport counter or better trained ones. 2. If car is not at terminal GET A SHUTTLE! 3. Have car ready at appointed time
No shuttle, should be clearly mentioned to is is off site location and no shuttle available- before booking.
Pros:Didn't take long to get a car.
Cons:Can of cat food and an in and out bag under seat when i got my car.

Pros:Everyone was super friendly! Car was clean. Couldn’t ask for more!
Pros:Pickup went smoothly. After hours drop off as well. Enterprise staff also managed to find a hat I'd left in the vehicle and arrange for it to be returned to me.
Pros:Staff was fine. I thought I had booked a car at the airport as that is what i was looking for but I found it was 2 miles from the airport and I needed to get a cab to get to the airport since I was dropping the car at 4:30 AM or pay a $50 drop off fee. Ridiculous!!!!
Cons:Make it clear that this is not the in-airport location.
Cons:They canceled my reservation when I got there as they didn’t have a car for me... they called as I landed. They said they need at least 48 hours.
