Pros:Excellent customer service from the Miami Beach Collins Ave office. Staff was terrific. Car was very clean and better than expected.
Cons:The Collins St. office did not exist! There was no car! The woman on the phone tried to help me but in the end there was nothing they could do so we were stuck

Cons:I had booked the car for 9.00am. at 11.00 was not yet available, I had to cancel and cancel everything.

Cons:Lady at the desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Reserved a convertible. Not only did they not have a convertible, but they actually didn’t have ANY cars available at the time we reserved. And we had a tour booked that we were trying to make. After an hour they told us that they’d located a car but that it was getting an oil change and therefore may take another hour. So we canceled, ubered to Budget, and got a car on the spot.
Pros:The car wasn't available when we needed it and had it reserved. We rented with another company.
Pros:The experience was negative overall.
Cons:I had confirmed reservations but the car was not avilbld to pick up. The agent wanted to sell a much more expensive option which is ilegal by law.
Pros:Staff was amazing took care of my son through the rental transition. Where possible they tried their best to accommodate any last minute requests. I would definitely rent at Enterprise again and specifically if possible at this Miami Beach location. Really smooth kudos to the Enterprise team.
