The lady at Enterprise was so nice and helpful. I just wish on our return they would have called me back letting me know that they never received cars on the lot. I had to rebook with a different provider at the Key West Airport.Reviewed Jul 9 2024

To start we were not able to get the car. Upon arrival while raining cats and dogs the sales person proceeded to inform us that he didn’t have a car available. He sent us back to wait for him to have a car but without the warranties to have one and without a timeline. We were forced to change plans. He also told us that we should rent direct with them, they prioritize those and this is not the first time I get that feedback, bad business for Kayak.Reviewed Jan 1 2024
