Staff were professional, car was as it should be. Only tip, pay for the upgrade in size and maybe to an SUV if you're traveling long distance and have knee issues. Most of the cars they offer sit very low and it can be a challenge getting in and out of them.

Standard SUV

I'm out over $300 for nothing. They didn't allow me to pick up the car because I paid with Affirm. When I tried to get my money back, they referred me to Kayak, who referred me to car rentals.com, who gave me numerous non-working phone numbers and said they couldn't help me. I was robbed.

Location of office was convenient

Cons:

1. The car was not cleaned inside or out. Hertz talks about COVID protocols, but with this care because there was food and other debris on the inside which you could tell wasn’t wiped down. 2. Car given to me with the gas light on. Seriously Hertz? 3. Was told the car wasn’t equipped with SXM radio, but it was.
