the service person was friendly and knew his job.Cons:
There wasn't a car ready when I was suppose to pick it up. I was given an suv instead. Small one thank goodness. I had ordered a car because I had back surgery and needed better seat support. When I returned the car the time stamp had me down for an hour earlier which stated I was an hour late. That was taken care of thankfully. I won't book from again.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The gentleman who appeared to have been a manager seemed genuinely sorry for my poor service experience.Cons:
They could have had the car I reserved at the time I reserved it (9:00 AM). Then, when I returned in the afternoon to get a car, they could have given me a car that did not smell like an ashtray.8.0 Very good
