I had a reservation for 5 months. get there and no car
Pros: Not a damn thing.
Cons: No car available. Had to take an "upgrade" which was a van. Never again will we rent from these idiots.
Friendly service
Pros: I always like the friendliness of the enterprise staff.
Cons: I wasn't able to get in till a few hours after my scheduled pick up and they assumed I wasn't coming so they gave my car away. I had to wait another hour or so before the next car was ready.
Strange Process
Pros: Great vehicle, location staff was extremely professional and friendly.
Cons: I made the reservation online on short notice for a minivan. Enterprise called my home, while I was at work, to confirm my reservation. Since I wasn't home to answer the call, they didn't procure a minivan for my reservation. They wound up giving me an upgraded vehicle (full size SUV) for the same price. Great vehicle but the gas mileage difference was substantial. And the short turnaround on the SUV meant it didn't get as thorough a cleaning as I hope Enterprise normally does. This isn't really a complaint, I just thought it strange that I made a reservation but, because I wasn't available to confirm the reservation I just made, they didn't obtain the vehicle I reserved.
